Sharks vs Chiefs
Match scheduled:
Start: 13-02-2010 from 17:05 (GMT)
Live coverage as the Sharks play host to last season's runners-up the Chiefs in Durban. KO 12.10pm ET.
Sharks coach John Plumtree has delayed naming his side for Saturday's Super 14 opener against the Chiefs as he ponders a number of selection posers.
The Sharks are waiting for a ruling from a South African Rugby Union (SARU) disciplinary committee over the eligibility of Willem Alberts and Louis Ludik who are caught in the middle of a contractual tug-of-war between the Lions and the Sharks.
The meeting will take place on Wednesday with a decision likely on the future of the pair.
Ludik is currently injured, but Alberts is in the running for selection and Plumtree will wait to find out whether he is available before selecting his side.
Adrian Jacobs and Ruan Pienaar are back in training after injury, but are being monitored before a decision is made on their availability for the weekend.
